Our heritage breed pigs are raised outdoors on Wyoming’s high-desert sage landscape, where they root, forage, and move naturally. We feed a locally milled non-GMO ration with absolutely no corn or soy, supplemented with unsprayed alfalfa.
The result is deeply flavorful pork with clean fat and rich marbling — the way pork used to taste.
Available by the cut or as whole hogs for custom processing.

We raise slow-growth Freedom Ranger broilers on pasture, where they have constant access to fresh air, sunshine, and forage. They are fed a carefully locally sourced organic non-gmo, no-corn, no-soy diet to produce clean, nutrient-dense meat with exceptional texture and flavor.

Free-Range Eggs

Our hens roam freely and are fed a no-corn, no-soy ration. Eggs are collected daily and left unwashed to preserve their natural protective bloom.

Heritage Navajo Churro Lamb
We raise heritage Navajo-Churro sheep on pasture, finished entirely on grass. This hardy, traditional breed thrives in our high-desert climate and produces lean, flavorful meat.

From Our Jersey Cows
Our Jersey cows carry the A2/A2 beta-casein trait and produce rich, creamy milk ideal for those seeking traditional dairy. We offer milk, butter, yogurt, and cream in limited quantities.
